I learned to stack cakes from several web sites but my favorite is Design Me A Cake website.Check it out. She goes in to great detail on her tutorials and has some wonderful videos that can be purchased.Hope this helps. I did a four tier wedding cake for my niece just by studying the different web sites.Hope this helps. Good luck!

Tire or tier? Maybe even tire-shaped tiers? A gallery search on "tire" produces this:

A standard Bundt mold might work for a tractor tire.
