Hello everyone! I'm going to be doing a 3D scooby cake for a new customer in a couple of weeks. This is my first time tackling something this challenging, and need a little help with the construction of the cake. I've done some research, but what is the best way to create his head? I was thinking RKT...but am not sure. I'm planning on creating him in a sitting position.
Also, I will need to transport the cake and just have a truck to use...what can I do for the structure of the cake so that it won't fall?
