To put together a marketing strategy you can start by looking at your competitive advantages, which markets you will be targeting with which products, how to reach the customers in those target markets, and what the local demographics are.
On the production side you can put together some sample timelines based on your existing manpower and equipment to see how long each step of the production process for each product will take. Then you can look at integrating those processes to minimize slack time.
