I am making this cake in 2 weeks and I can't decide on the best way to support it. I am assuming I'll have to have a stand made, but is there something I could purchase? Should I be sticking the roses in wet foam to keep them fresh?

Thanks for any advice you can offer me!

Single-plate separators, push-in pillar sets, or styrofoam dummy spacers.

A double-plate separator system is another option, but the bottom plate on the base tier would most definitely show as all of the flowers are in line with the middle tier. If the flowers are aligned differently, they could be arranged to hide the bottom plate of a two-plate setup, yet it wouldn't look as the photo does.
