Why Is My Fodant Ripping _The Mat

I have just recieved the Mat and was really excited! Have a wedding cake to deliver at the weekend.
So I happily start using the mat- seasoned correctly- and every time I lay the fondant on the cake it rips completely at the top side closest to me. So frustrating! Any help???x

Could it be that you are rolling the fondant too thin? I just got mine in the mail but have not had a chance to use it yet so I'm not sure if this is the right answer.

I agree, you're rolling your fondant too thin.
