I have been asked to decorate a wedding cake. They already bought all the stuff. ((sigh)) So she wants me to cover the top tier in this sugar sheet, pleating the top into the center. I have never worked with sugar sheets. Is this doable?

I don't find them pliable enough to "drape". They dry out when exposed to air, crack, & break unless glued down to the cake surface.

I can only say that it never works out when the customer tells the decorator how to do the job. I'd back out of this so fast your head would spin because they never want to believe that YOU can't do what THEY told you to do, even though YOU are the decorator and THEY'RE NOT!
