I am making a 2 tier chocolate cake with cigarellos tomorrow.
On a normal fondant cake I always cover the board in fondant, however I don't know what to cover the board with for a chocolate cake?
What do people normally use?
I still use fondant. Satin Ice makes a really yummy chocolate fondant, if you want to stick to the flavor and color, but I don't feel like the flavor of the cake has anything to do with what I cover the board with.
