AHate it. Leaves little tiny pockets like using the viva paper towel method or MMF.

I've found it works better with Fondx, elite, Pettinice. Fondarific makes using the mat difficult.

I have the pro mat and I love it. so much easier to roll out. The biggest cake I have made with it is a 16 inch double layer square cake, I would not have been able to cover that without it.
