im doing a cake for grandmas 80th birthday and she wants a lemon cake with raspberry filling for one of the layers. i have some left over bavarian cream that i need to use for the second tier but didnt want to do another chocolate, what is your suggestion. or what other flavours/fillings of cake would you do that would go with the lemon tier???

Vanilla.

Almond.

White chocolate.

yellow butter cake, fill with a light layer of chocolate ganache and your bavarian cream and call it "boston cream pie cake"

Butter Pecan cake w/bav is greaticon_smile.gif If you can't find a mix, add 1/3 cup ground pecans and a box of pecan pudding to a yellow mix.
