Hi, any imbc or smbc users, can you share some tips as to how to stack the cakes without it sticking to the board above it?
Anyone can share some photos of stacked mbc will be appreciated too!
I use bubble tea straws to the height of the buttercream so that the next tier does not really touch the tier below by a hair.
I use a small piece of waxed paper slightly smaller than the board that will be sitting on it. I hope that makes sense. All of my cakes are SMBC, some with fondant, some without. Check my gallery.
