Now don't get me wrong, I taste my icing when I make a batch. That being said, I use a clean spoon and don't double dip. So, I'm watching Cake Boss tonight. They are making a special icing with raspberry bear. At least two people one of them being buddy, put their fingers in the icing to taste it. REALLY. REALLY. You are on tv and still do stuff like thatm.

When watching the show, I've been horrified by way more than dirty spoons. Mr Buddy's television is entertainment, so we get whatever sells to an audience looking for bad manners and trendy cake designs. That's why we don't get much about proper hygiene or decent human interaction.
