I have been experimenting the past couple weeks with frosting. I have come to the conclusion that I will use the following frosting on the following cupcakes:
All cream pie cc's- whipped topping
Fruity cc's- buttercream
Chocolate of any kind cc's- cream cheese
I am still trying to find a fluffy pipable frosting other than these listed that will hold a shape when decorating tops of cc's, that I can use my 1M tip or other large tips with, don't know exactly what to do. Any suggestions?

swiss meringue buttercream or italian meringue buttercream would be great. You can flavor any flavor you like. hth
