Air Brushing A Cake

Ok, so I am air brushing some things for a cake...does any one know how long it normally takes for it to dry or any tips for quick drying? Please ans Thank you.

Climate control is the key, If you are in a high humidity area it will take longer to dry. So time yourself. Depending on what I am airbrushing I give myself an hour plus.

Example; The whole cake prior to decorating I would give a couple of hours if the weather is dry, Morning to noon if humidity is up. But accent pieces, 1/2 hr to couple of hours.

The more color you add, the longer it will take also.

For faster drying use a hairblower set on cool.
