I have seen that some people use whipped cream frosting for wedding cakes, I have been afraid to try it. Looking for adivce, yes or no? Pros, cons?

The cake would need to be consumned within hours of being iced; it would need to be kept in the frig at all times unless it is being served.
There are 'non-dairy' subs that are a better choise. One is Rich's "Bettercreme" another is "Frostin' Pride". they are available at some grocery stores ... in CA at "Smart N Final" and some cake supply shops.
