I am in the process of becoming legal, just 2 steps to go. I am wondering if there is someplace on here that has, or can point me in the right direction of, forms for:

Cake worksheets (you know, those that detail the cake supplies, costs, or maybe better called receipts)

I found the pricing matrix

I can't yet afford Cake Boss, but is on my list "to get", comes after the ever expensive Food handlers license

There are a lot of sample forms and contracts in the Templates gallery. You can search the forums and find a lot of pricing spreadsheets. There are also many good ones on line - just google them.

I found several pricing templates that were wonderful, but none of them fit my needs perfectly so I made my own. It wasn't a quick process, but definitely worth the time.

Get an attorney to look over your contract once you put one together. You need to make sure it's legal for your area, each state has different laws.
