Hi all,

I just purchased some Magic Line creme bouquet but I'm not sure how much to use for frosting.. Should I start off with a little bit and then add to taste? Or can I substitute this for the same amount of vanilla?

Thanks in advance!

It is an emulsion, so you will find that it is more potent than an extract. I would start with 1/2 the amount you use for vanilla and then add more to taste.

Thank you for the advice. Does this replace the vanilla? Or should I keep the vanilla and add a bit of this stuff?

You can experiment. I prefer to use it with the vanilla, I find that the flavor is more balanced. Some people like to use it with almond extract, and some just use it alone. There's no hard and fast rule. thumbs_up.gif
