I have an order for a yellow butter cake and chocolate frosting but the whole cake is covered in fondant - 9" round. Any good suggestions on a good chocolate buttercream that is rich but would hold up well under fondant?? Should I just go with chocolate ganache?

I think I would go with ganache : )
