Mousse Storage

I have to make 2 strawberry cakes with strawberry mousse filling. I want to know how far ahead I can make the mousse and also how should I store it?

Cut strawberries have a very short life and mousse is delicate. I too suggest cutting and filling at the last minute.

This recipe is really good just make sure you let the jello dissolve in the whipping cream before whipping or it will turnout grainy from the sugar.
