Hi! I have recently received my food handlers card in Arizona to start baking my goods from home. My question is this- am I able to SELL MY BAKED GOODS on the INTERNET through this Cottage Food Law??? I've only read rumors about some restrictions. I have searched high and low for answers and cannot find anything in writing stating that I can or cannot sell online or that my gross sales cannot exceed $15k/yr.

If anyone has knowledge and can send me a link to the SPECIFIC law/amendment to the new AZ Cottage Food Law on this matter, I'd really appreciate it! So far, I have only been directed to the general site http://www.azdhs.gov/phs/oeh/fses/goods/index.htm ,which has been of no help to meicon_sad.gif

Thanks!

Also an email [email protected] that promises an answer within two days.
