There are two different three piece sets and I'm not sure which one to order. Which set do most cake decorators prefer. One has 60mm,55mm,45 and the other has 40mm, 35mm, 22mm. Thank you.

The calyx has to be proportional to your flower.

The size of the calyx is slightly bigger than the cutter, because you roll the edges. So order according to your usual flowers.

Thank you for responding to my question. I went ahead and ordered both sets since I didn't know what size I would need.
