Finally back to baking! I've been trying to make a chocolate chip cake (not cookie cake), and have tried a couple of recipes from here, but my chips keep sinking
I'm not at home to find my recipe, but the Martha Stewart recipe seems to be a popular/successful one.
I see you already have tried what I was going to suggest The only other thing I can suggest is to sprinkle lots of chops on the top of the batter once it is in the pan - just before putting it in the oven.
I sure don't understand the problem you are having - I never did.
Try spraying the mini chips with Pam and then coating with flour.
