I have reviewed 8 different fondants with photos and videos here...

orchard - available at woolworths and coles in australia
cake art

tested for smoothness, lettering, hang test and sag

I have a degree in nutrition and food science so reviews are as objective as possible.

Don't you use marshmallows when you make homemade fondant?

You missed Chocopan....That is the best tasting easiest to work with fondant I have used!
