Could you get around it by giving the cake away for free and just charging a delivery fee and packaging fee and maybe even selling a cake cutter for a few hundred bucks? icon_biggrin.gif

No. If anything, this makes it worse since these actions demonstrate that you are aware of the law and are purposefully trying to circumvent it.
