I am looking for a no dairy, or very little dairy crusting butter cream recipe.

I will need enough to crumb coat, and fill, and then for under fondant.

You can use Sugarshack's BC recipe which uses all high ratio shortening. Use non-dairy coffee creamer mixed with hot water for your liquid. Easy.
