Hi all,

Looking for some suggestions on this cake.

What size cake do you think this is?

How to make the pillow cases without using RKT? This isn't sold where I live.

How to make the horses head without a mold? The order was placed only a week ago and shipping takes more than a week from the U.S to my country.

How to make the bed head.

Your help will be really appreciated.

Thanks,
Pearl

A sheet cake enough to provide the necessary servings the client wishes
A 1 inch round to make the headboard. (The round used would be the same diameter as the short side of the sheet cake pan used)
The part that you cut from the round to make a flat end, you should use as the pillows

Not a clue as to provide direction for a free hand a horses head. Since you don't have access to a mold, I would probably pull out my fondant cutter/cricuit cake and make a horses head that way, building it up to make it 3D out of fondant.
