Hello all...I'm new here...wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of how to go about locating/looking into where I can find a certified kitchen? Friend and myself have been doing a side baking gig for about 5 years now and we'd like to start being able to get into more stuff, but many places (such as catering halls) require you utilize a CK, so people who want to hire us end up not being able to. Any info. would be helpful...we're based out of Nassau and Suffolk but mostly Suffolk...thanks!

Also look into renting a church kitchen, some on Long Island are certified to serve food.
