So I'm doing my first wedding cake for my cousin and I have the opportunity to use a fondant sheeter and after I saw it for the first time, WOW I want one of those. However I'm not sure what thickness to set it at, When I usually make fondant cakes I don't get the fondant nearly as thin as I would like, but now I'm worried about it being too thin and tearing. Thanks in advance!

It depends on the brand of fondant. It should say on the container what thickness to roll it to. Satin Ice is 1/8" I believe. If you're using MMF I would say maybe 1/4"? Don't know too much about sheeters but thought I'd try and help as best I could. Hth.

Thanks for the help, I'll have to look at the bucket and try it out a few different times.
