I'm involved in breast cancer awareness and I would like to make a breast cancer cake in a couple of months, any sugestions would be most appreciative.

I would think that the cake must be pink, and should incorporate the ribbon in some capacity. I believe Wilton makes an Awareness Ribbon pan. However depending on how many people you are serving with the cake, you might be inclined to pipe the ribbon along the edges, or incorporate it in some other manner.

There are two on Cake Central that I love

Maybe its because I'm a BC survivor, but I felt uplifted by both of these cakes. They are very different but both made me happy.

I did this one for leukemia. Obviously you change the color to pink, no problem.
