Tiered Cake

a friend wants a 3 tiered cake that feeds 25-30 ppl.
How in the world am I going to do this?
Any suggestions? please!

I was thinking of that too..
I gave her that idea, now I'm just waiting for her response.
I mean I don't know what else to do.!

The only other option would be to make the tiers 8, 5 & 3"ers. Even that would give more servings - around 35 if I remember right.

A 4-6-8 would be 35. Not hard at all, I do it all the time.

Depending on the design, sometimes towery tiers look cool too. In that case: 5-6-7 would be 33, 4-6-7 would be 30, a 4-5-6 would 23

LOTS of choices it would seem. icon_wink.gif
