Trying to dress up brownies, that have mini chocolate chips baking in on top. DON'T want to ice the tops, just drizzle on some white "stripes"? ONE PAN, so I don't want a whole batch of royal icing.

Tips for a quick 1/2 cup of some mixture that will dry hard to stack up brownies when cut???
