I wonder if anyone could give me some advice on how to stop my choc sinking to the bottom of my banana cake. I have rolled the choc in flour, sat it on the top of the mix but still it sinks. It tastes lovely but i would prefer it was throughout the cake like it is on the books photo. Jan icon_redface.gif

Usually the flour does it. Have you tried mini chips?

I also suggest using mini chips *and* coating them in flour OR dry cake mix before adding to your batter.
