I saw the episode and wanted to know if anyone knew how the lime caviar was made. I saw her use a syringe, and got lost in the cupcake moment, so I didn't bother listening to anything else. It looked like she created them in a bowl with the syringe. If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know, I would love to try it.
