I was at a birthday party and had a delicious cupcake from Ralphs Supermarket. It was a pull apart cupcake cake and the frosting was vanilla whipped "topping". I have been searching for a similar recipe on the internet. Anyone have any idea what kind of frosting this is or have a recipe. It was my daughter's favorite and she is not a frosting fan...
