I've been looking at this forum for a while and thought I'd join!
So having baked for over 8 months now, I'm finding some problems. The most common at the moment is the liner is peeling away from the cupcake, but I've not changed any recipes etc. However, I think it may be the trays I'm using?
When I put the liner into the tray, it doesn't sit in the hole. Only when I fill the liner with the batter it then sinks to the bottom. At times though, the liner doesn't sit nice and flush inside the holes. When I pull them out after baking, I can see that the liners have come away from the hole? I'm not sure if I'm making sense, but I'm really looking for new baking trays where the hole is really deep and the cupcake liner sits flush inside?
Any advice would be great!
