I Baked a two layer 10 in. cake and leveled it. It has air pockets. When I mixed it I used the wrong
paddle. I used the dough hook. Just not thinking. Anyway I went to fill it tonight to decorate tomorrow. I wanted it to settle. Do you think it will be o.k. or is it going to be soggy from the sleaved raspberry filling. I do not want the cake to get soggy. Maybe I should do it all tomorrow. It is for Sunday asfternoon. Can anyone givem me some advice?

It should not get soggy/ But if you're really afraid of that. just put on a thin smear of bc and then add the raspberry. Remember to weight it and let it settle.
