Hello All,
Can someone help lead me to a tutorial on making a mini book for decorations on a cake like the books in this picture:

Thanks so much. I am trying to use them for a retirement cake.

I made a cake that had a bible as a topper it is in my pics if you want to see it. I used gumpaste and fondant mixed. Shaped it like a rectangle and rolled out brown fondant cut it big enough to wrap the rectangle and hand off a little bit all the way around it. Hope this helps

I just did a little bible for the cake that just went. I used some white fondant for the pages , I added a little tylose. Cut it into a rectangle , used a blade to mark up the pages along three sides.I then painted them gold. rolled out some brown flowerpaste just slightly bigger than the pages and wrapped it round the little book. Then I added some gold writing down the spine.

I have no idea if this will work but this was the little bible topper I was talking about. If the link shows up (fingers crossed)
