Hello everyone. i am new to cakecentral, and can't believe it took me so long to find such a wonderfull place!! i have been decorating cakes for almost ten years, started at a small grocery store where i worked in the deli, our cake decorator came in once a week to fill orders and i spent every lunch break watching and learning as much as i could. she was tragically diagnosed with cancer and asked if she could spend her last few weeks of work training me to take her spot. i continued to work there for another year and since have been making cakes from home. friends and family love them but i always want to learn new things and get other decorators oppinions so i am sooooooo excited to be a part of this! hope to get to know you all soon!
