Hi All,

I am new in the business and have never been asked to make a carved cake. I am making a number 1 cake (flat) and I wasnt too sure what size it should be to feed 65 PPL. I plan on making a 3 layer sheet cake and carving it from a word doc. template.

Can anyone give me some type of dimensions for this cake. I rather NOT guess, I hope someone can help.

Thanks!!

Approx dimensions:
Length 34.5 cm
Width 27.5 cm
Depth 7.5 cm
