Wanted to know if anyone has tried this before. I was planning to make a 6 inch 3 layer Cheesecake but i don't know if it's going to crack while stacking. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

It should be ok if:

1. The more dense cheesecakes are on the bottom.

2. Your layers are straight. You can level a cheesecake just like a cake.

Now you will have even distribution of weight and the bottom won't get squashed. Just make sure the cheesecake is still cool and firm when you cut it and let the slices cool down on the plate.
