I need help or suggestions! I am making my son's wedding cake and I am trying to figure out the best way to transport it. I live in Kansas and the wedding is in Indiana. I would like to bake it here since I know my oven but I also want it to taste fresh and good. I have been told that I can bake it freeze it and transport without a problem. I have also been told I can even decorate it before freezing and then just add the finishing touches. Please give me any pointers that you might have.
I would freeze it if you can, I think that would be easier than taking all your supplies and making it while you are there
