I have a friend looking for a cake for September 1st. I bowed out because I don't think I can work with the decorator that she hired for the party. He wanted me to bake and frost the cakes and he would decorate them which I told her I would not be willing to do that. I am a hobby baker for friends and family and I don't take on any job that I think will cause me unnecessary stress because of health reasons. She wants the setup of the cake below but she wants (pink) lighted stands, white frosting with a pink band, pink stargazers, butterflies, and jewels hanging from the cake plates. The cakes would be chocolate and white tres leches with a vanilla mousse filling. I was considering doing the cake but I have Lupus and I just don't think I can handle dealing with a strong minded decorator and such a large cake. Thank you.
