I have a peanut buttercream with whipping cream can I freeze this?? If I can how do I thaw it out. I have extra whipping cream and don't want to waste it so would like to make it for graduation in 2 weeks. Thanks!

If the whip cream is just a small amount used as liquid to thin the icing then yes.
If it is the major ingredient - no.
