Has anyone ever done an open house to test out flavors and new recipes on people? gotten opinions, etc.... What are your thoughts on this?
I don't have an open house. I give my samples to my best corporate clients who have retail foot traffic. They give me the feedback. Sometimes I have my daughter man the display and she gets the feedback.
This gives me a new group of people to reach with samples and the corporate clients love it... a free promotion.
Even when I open my retail store, I will still do these tastings.
