I am putting together some class curriculums for a variety of subjects invoving cake decorating, pastries, and chocolate work. ANyone have advice/suggestions on where to look for space to teach that doesn't charge me an arm and a leg?

You could try your local community center or senior center, I know the ones in my area rent out rooms. You might even be able to set up something with your local craft store. Good luck!
