I have a bride and groom that want to use cupcake bouquets at all the tables and then a small wedding cake for cutting. They are going to provide the containers for the bouquets to set on the tables. I am struggling with how to price this. There is going to be approx. 15 tables. Thanks for any help on this.
How much will the ingredients cost, and how many hours do you estimate the entire order will take? You'll also need to include your overhead costs for a commercial kitchen, since I believe NY requires an inspected kitchen for retail orders.
