Hi Everyone,

I wanted to know if anyone could help me out on how to deliver a giant cupcake. I have to deliver one tomorrow and I have no clue how to package it. Here's a picture of a giant cupcake on this website http://www.kaboodle.com/reviews/wilton-giant-cupcake-cast-pan
just so you know the size of cupcake I am talking about. Any help would be much appreciated and thank you for your time icon_smile.gif

I hope you get an answer because I would like to know the best way to transport one of those, too! I wonder if a center dowel or straw would make it more stable for transport?

I put mine in a cake box with the lid propped open (I tape the sides of the lid at at angle). The cake is mostly protected this way. The box I use is approx 10x10x4. I also put a small piece of tape in between the cake circle and the box bottom to keep the cake from sliding around (it is enough to keep it from sliding but unsticks easily when you put your hand under to get the cake out).

Not long ago I saw boxes made for giant cupcakes on a website somewhere but I don't remember where!!

A quick google turned up this 10"x10"x10" box, but it's in the UK
