Volume In Cupcakes

How can I get my cupcakes to have this volume....is the batter, the oven, what? icon_sad.gif [/img]

All of the above plus temp.

Some recipes dome, some don't.

The top shelf domes more.

Raising the temp to 375 before they go in and then dropping it to 350 when they go in will also help.

Baking until well done will help too.
