Hello there,
I really like ri decoration but I do have some questions.
I usually put my cakes back in the fridge and overnight it.Now, if I choose to decorate small details with RI, can I still refrigerate the cake??? If not, how do you do all those beautiful decoration in RI??

Thank you!

Humidity is ri's emeny icon_sad.gif Depending on *how small* they are you *might* get away with it but don't expect it.
Why do you feel the need to frig the cake overnight? Once a cake is iced there is no need unless it has a perishable filling.

What do you mean by perishable filling??? All my fillings have eggs and whipped cream...so I think they are perishable, right???
PLease correct me if I am wrong.

I usually cover them in fondant, rarely in BC, but I really want to try RI for pipping instead of BC...the consistency is not the same or maybe I don't have the correct receipe for it.

I really appreciate your answer!
