Vanilla Bavarian Filling Heeeeelp

So, I was asked to make a 2 tier vanilla bean cake with vanilla bavarian cream with fresh peaches as filling. My concern is how long can the cakes be out of the fridge without rotting the peaches? I am 6 months preggers and will have to do the process much more slower than what i usually do.
PLEASE HELP. I want to make a nice cake inside and out.

The Bavarian cream can only sit out four hours and after that it must be discarded. So the peaches will last longer than the Bavarian cream.
