Good morning!!

First link she did by hand

Next link gives me an idea, see the form of the flower?? I believe it is a regular flower cutter, I do not have the name, just cut the shape... then cut the center as a star like it is in the photo and slit one of the sides. Once the flower is slited , place the stem there and VOILA!! you will have your hibiscus! To me it seems that most of those cakes that you show were made with a cricut. ( I forgot to mention... scroll down to where the cakes start, you will see the cake with the flowers)

Next link, You can enlarge your screen so as to make the flower at that blog site and make a template from that! You can trace it in different sizes.

last link, I believe are single petals and place individually on the cake.

If you had a cricut it would be much easier...or not??

Anyway, good luck thumbs_up.gifthumbs_up.gif !!!!

Thank you for all your help! So really the only two ways to don it would be with a cricut (I have but have never been able to get it to cut right) or use a stencil? Was hoping there would be a cookie cutter type thing I could use....
